The 2024 Ford Ranger offers an impressive lineup of trim levels, including XL, XLT, Lariat and Raptor. Regardless of which trim you choose, every Ford Ranger is now exclusively fitted in a crew cab configuration, while the bed adds two inches of track between the wheel wells to make room for cargo up to 4 feet wide. As the entry-level model, the 2024 Ford Ranger XL comes with the base turbo 2.3L 4-cylinder engine for 270 HP and 310 lb-ft of torque with a 10-speed automatic transmission and rear- or four-wheel drive. With 4x2 and the Trailer Tow Package, XL provides 7,500 lbs of towing with 1,805 lbs of payload capacity. XL comes in either a 2WD SuperCrew 5-foot box or 4WD SuperCrew 5-foot box configuration with a cargo bed capacity of up to 43.5 cubic feet and standard 17-inch aluminum wheels.
In terms of tech, the all-new Ford Ranger XL offers standard Bluetooth connection, an 8-inch digital cluster display and a 10.1-inch infotainment system with SYNC 4A software and 4G LTE connectivity. Also included are cloth bucket seats, Keyless Entry with Remote Engine Start, Back-Up Camera, Lane Departure Warning and Lane Keeping Assist, while the Blind Spot Monitor with Cross-Traffic Alert are optional, and Ford Co-Pilot360 is available as an additional package.

2024 Ford Ranger XLT
The 2024 Ford Ranger XLT offers several technology updates, including an optional 12-inch infotainment system to replace the 10.1-inch screen and a standard wireless charging pad. XLT comes with the base 270-HP turbo 2.3L EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine, but Ford drivers near Big Spring, TX, can opt for the new available twin-turbocharged 2.7L EcoBoost V6 for up to 315 HP and 400 lb-ft of torque with a 10-speed automatic and rear- or four-wheel drive.

The 2024 Ford Ranger Lariat comes with the standard turbo 2.3L EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine with 270 HP and 310 lb-ft of torque and a 10-speed automatic transmission.
